Xmas eve menu
We will be serving a prix-fix menu The cost per person is $40. A credit card is
required to hold the reservation. Guests will only be charged in the event
of a no show or late cancellation (<48 hrs). For dinner guests can choose one item
from each of the following courses:

1st course

RED KURI SQUASH SOUP
Sage oil & fried sage

GINGERED ENDIVE CAESAR SALAD
Hand torn croutons & white anchovie
PARMESAN GNOCCHI
Veal Bolognese


2nd course

WHOLE ROASTED TROUT
Beluga lentils, pearl onions, marinated tomatoes, lemon butter

STUFFED TURKEY BREAST
Chestnut-persimmon stuffing, whipped yams,
almond-poppy seed green beans

ROASTED ROOT VEGETABLE AND
PEARL BARLEY STEW
Mushroom broth, ranchero cheese


3rd course

ROSEMARY APPLE PIE
Vanilla bean ice cream

FLUFF FILLED DEVILS FOOD CAKE
Chocolate sauce, peppermint stick ice cream
